Notice is hereby given that further to the First Calling Notice issued on 11th June, please treat this note as the Final Calling Notice for this year’s Annual General Meeting for both organisations that will held on Wednesday 17th July at Doric Park, starting at 7.30pm.

A formal calling notice and associated documents will be issued on Wednesday 3rd July in line with the clubs constitution. This will include direct email to those members who have provided contact details.

Ahead of the formal release of documents and for transparency the following nominations and proposals were received and accepted by close of business Monday 24th June 2024.

A new trustee to be appointed as Alistair Morrison is standing down due to his tenure expiring.

A new Director of Rugby to be appointed, as Matt Howard has stood down.

The membership will also be provided with the opportunity to vote on a proposal made by the Management Board concerning annual membership subscriptions.
