TRFC Women's have gathered 14 playing Rugby balls and scattered them around the local parks on Sunday 30th of July. 30th of July is also World Friendship Day which adds an extra positive message.
The Rugby ball drop is to promote the club within the community and encourage people to take an interest in local Rugby. Each ball have two messages written on them:
1)To use and to keep for free.
2) Love Trowbridge RFC
Followed by either Women's, Men's, Girl's, Boy's, Minis, Touch or Walking. This is to promote all the different sections of the club and how there is a team for everyone no matter their; age, gender, fitness or culture.
This has already had a massive positive reaction from the public which will only bring good for the club.
