The weather is being kind to us this week, although we are likely to have light rain tomorrow! This Sunday the U7s are away at the Chippenham Festival, which starts at 10:00. Please give extra time for parking, as it will be extremely busy. PLEASE NOTE – The parking area has now been moved, as there are developments happening on some of the old playing area.

From Trowbridge take the A350 through Melksham to Chippenham. At the roundabout on the A350 with the A420 (Bristol Road), turn left towards Bristol. After about 400 metres, turn left onto Sheldon Corner, sign posted to Chippenham RFC, at the Allington Farm Shop.

This year, the parking area is approximately 400 metres on your left, after the Farm Shop. There is a £4.00 parking fee, which includes a festival programme.

Food and drink are available to be purchased at the festival or you can bring your own and make a picnic. Please note, no dogs except Assistance Dogs, are not allowed onsite.

Please wear weather appropriate clothing, as there will be quite a lot of time between games. If you have one, a tent is also a good idea, to store bags and dry clothes/coats.
